This Privacy Policy applies to Drop Dungeon: Puzzle Roguelike (also called Drop Dungeon; Android package games.droploot), published on Google Play by Ludoitte Oy, the legal entity responsible for the app and the data controller identified below. This policy also applies to our other games, websites and related services.
Ludoitte Oy also publishes TriviAI (Android package com.variousmischiefs.triviai) on Google Play under the developer name Various Mischiefs. For TriviAI's app-specific data practices, see the dedicated TriviAI Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy details who we are, our methods of personal data collection, sharing, and usage, and your privacy rights. This policy is applicable to all games, websites, and related services offered by Ludoitte Oy, collectively referred to as the Service. We may periodically update this Privacy Policy on our website, www.ludoitte.com. Significant changes will be notified within the Service before they become effective. Continued use of the Service after these changes will constitute acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

Drop Dungeon: rewarded ads and player data
Updated 20 September 2026. This section describes Drop Dungeon's current app-specific practices. The general categories below apply only where the relevant feature is used.
Drop Dungeon offers optional rewarded ads through Unity LevelPlay (including ironSource Ads) and Unity Ads. Each offer shows the bonus before you choose to watch. Ordinary gameplay does not require watching an ad.
These providers process device, advertising and app identifiers; IP addresses and approximate location; device and network information; ad interactions; usage and performance information; and purchase information where applicable. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, diagnose problems and operate their services. Our game sends a player identifier and reward verification information so a completed ad can grant its bonus once. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for the providers' practices and privacy rights.
In the game's Ads & privacy choice, select Basic ads only to decline personalised advertising. The game passes that choice to LevelPlay. On iOS, personalised advertising also respects your system tracking permission. Choosing basic ads does not prevent the limited data processing needed to serve, measure and secure those ads. You can also choose not to watch rewarded ads.
Drop Dungeon uses a guest player record and, if you choose to link a sign-in, the corresponding account information. We store player progress, purchase and reward records on our servers to operate the game, restore eligible progress and prevent duplicate rewards or fraud. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage removes local copies; it does not delete server records. Use Settings > Account > Delete account in the game, or follow Drop Dungeon's data deletion instructions.
Website contact form
When you contact us through ludoitte.com, we receive your name, email address, optional company name and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
The form runs on Microsoft Azure and uses Mailgun to deliver your message to our company inbox. Mail delivery uses Mailgun’s US service. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. To request deletion, use the Delete my data page.
To reduce spam, we check a short human question and temporarily store one-time submission markers and keyed hashes of email and IP addresses. These anti-abuse records contain no message text or raw email or IP address, and are automatically deleted after becoming eligible for deletion after one day. The form itself sets no cookies.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to our public website and which campaigns bring visitors. We send fixed page names, bounded campaign labels and actions such as opening a game or store link. We do not send contact-form content, account identifiers or raw URL queries to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation remain off.
No Google Analytics tag loads before you allow it. Choose Privacy choices on this website to allow, decline or withdraw at any time. The website works either way. Your choice is remembered for 180 days in essential preference storage. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes this integration's analytics cookies; it does not delete data already received by Google. Privacy choices inside each game remain separate.
